Saurabh is a Managing Partner at Inquant Systematic Investment Managers LLP which advises Inquant Debt Plus, the first Scheme of Inquant Alternative Investment Trust, a SEBI registered Cat-III AIF.

He has expertise in risk management alongside a focus on generating high and consistent alpha leading to long term wealth creation. Saurabh believes in the power of data-based decision making and automated execution which consistently outperform, bypassing the common human biases.

He is passionate about sharing his experience and learning with the community and teaches two courses in finance at IIM Udaipur as a visiting professor.
‍
In the past, Saurabh has worked as a senior banker for international banks (BNP Paribas, Standard Chartered and Citi) in the areas of Institutional Banking, DCM, Risk and Financial Markets.

He holds a post graduation degree in management from Indian Institute of Management Lucknow and a B.Sc in Mathematics, Physics & Statistics from St. John's College, Agra.

Pranshu is a Managing Partner and Fund Manager at Inquant Systematic Investment Managers LLP, which advises Inquant Debt Plus, a SEBI registered Cat-III Alternative Investment Fund.

Pranshu oversees the management and performance of the fund. His primary focus is on generating absolute returns through the implementation of sophisticated quantitative techniques. By leveraging data-driven models and systematic strategies, he strives to optimize portfolio performance and mitigate risk.

Pranshu worked at BNP Paribas for twelve years, where he was responsible for Sales and Structuring of FX and Interest Rate derivatives for Institutional Clients. This involved engaging with clients to understand their specific requirements and offering tailored solutions to manage their foreign exchange and interest rate exposures.

Pranshu is a post graduate (specialisation in finance) from Indian Institute of Management Lucknow (IIML) and a B.Tech from Indian Institute of Technology Guwahati (IITG).

Playing and following the world of chess is something that interests him outside his day job!

He has worked for leading Indian and foreign banks in the past including as Head of Global Markets Operations in BNP Paribas India.

Ramaswamy has more than 30 years of experience in financial services, with extensive expertise in Project Management, Operational Risk Management and Compliance & Regulatory Engagement.

He is an economics graduate from Mumbai University, and is a certified associate of the Indian Institute of Bankers.

He has expertise in managing complex information systems and leads the technology development at the firm. He is adept in developing low latency trading systems and provides a strong support to his tech team. He holds a B.Tech in Computer Science from Mumbai.

Outside of work, Aditya is an enthusiastic biker who loves going on long rides with his friends on weekends.

Earlier, Sachin had co-founded Concur IP Consulting, a high-end IP consultancy firm providing a range of IP services to corporates and law firms worldwide. Sachin has over 15 years of experience in IP consulting services where he has been deeply involved with patent evaluations, analytics, and research. He has worked with some of the most reputed corporates and law firms to support them with patent licensing & acquisition, litigation, and strategy. Prior to founding Concur IP, Sachin was leading the IP practice at Ernst & Young. He was one of the early members of the IP division of Pangea3, a leading legal process outsourcing (LPO) provider that was acquired by Thomson Reuters in 2010.

Sachin holds a B.Tech degree in Electronics and Communications Engineering from Indian Institute of Technology, Guwahati.

Mr. Rane is a senior Markets Professional, with over 3 decades of experience. Earlier, he was Managing Director and Head of Global Markets in India for BNP Paribas, the largest French bank. He has more than 30 years’ experience in the financial markets business in India covering structured products, foreign exchange, rates, bonds and derivatives. Mr. Rane has also worked at senior positions in prominent banks such as Standard Chartered, Bank of America and IndusInd Bank.

He has been a Board member and Vice Chairman of both Fixed Income Money Market and Derivatives Association of India (FIMMDA) and Foreign Exchange Dealers Association of India (FEDAI) for many years.

Mr. Rane is also an Independent Director on Corporate Boards and Senior Advisor at Harmoney, a company engaged in developing digitised market platforms in India.
