• Conduct quantitative research to develop and enhance trading strategies across various asset classes.
• Analyse market data, economic indicators, and financial models to identify investment opportunities.
• Collaborate with the managing partners and the research team to implement and optimise trading algorithms.
• Backtest and validate trading signals using historical data.
• Monitor portfolio risk and contribute to the firm’s risk management efforts.
• Stay informed about industry trends, market dynamics, and technological advancements.

• Graduate or Master’s degree in a quantitative field (e.g., Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics).
• Strong programming skills (Python and C++) for data analysis and model development.
• Experience with statistical techniques, machine learning, and time series analysis.
• Knowledge of financial markets, derivatives, and trading strategies.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Effective communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams.

• Support various aspects of fund operations and vendor communications (especially the custodian, clearing and fund accounting teams)
• Directly responsible for new investor onboarding/KYC.
• Field basic investor questions.
• Prepare and send routine reports to the custodian and regulators.
• Any other operations and compliance related work.

• Graduate in any discipline with at least 1-2 years of operations and/or accounting experience (Big 4 audit, fund administration, or fund audit preferred).
• A basic knowledge of financial markets.
• Strong interpersonal skills and attention to detail.
• Fluency in written and spoken English.
• Nice-to-haves: Experience with hedge fund accounting, legal documents, cash equities and derivatives.
